At Josey Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Safe Packaging

  Securely pack the items in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to ensure the records are protected from warping or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Josey

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
